Nightmare vacation Negative: Literally two blocks from the ghetto didn't feel very safe! Upon waking the first morning heat was blowing out into the place, extremely uncomfortable! Asked the owner to send someone to fix it and she was reluctant to do so because of the cost. Owner had me trying to fix the AC on my vacation! When the temperature reached 82° I checked into another hotel! The absolute worst trip I've ever had in St Augustine. And I probably stayed there at least 40 times!

Positive: Beautiful quaint cottage. Everything we needed and close to everything we wanted to do. Mindy was great, definitely recommend.

This is a beautifully restored 1940’s cottage. All newly restored kitchen and bathroom. Linens and towels top notch. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Cheerful and bright white walls with plenty of opportunity for sunlight. Front porch had comfortable chairs to relax outside. Patio outback. Well lit outside lights and fencing gave privacy and safety.
